wow, it’s been about a billion years (a month) since I updated this blog. I apologize (not that there is, yaknow, more than 5 people that probably read it anyway), I just lost track of time with it.
So anywho… Schools going good. Got my midterm grades a week or so ago- I have A’s in Anatomy & Physiology II, College Writing, and Prob and Stat. I have an A- in Sociology, a B in Gender studies and a B+ in A&P lab (which is half of A&PII). So I’m doing pretty good. And that lab exam that I had about a month ago that I was freaking out about? I got an 89% on it- much better than the epic failing that I thought I would do. I also got an 83% on my first soc exam, which isn’t great, but compared to everyone else’s grades (most people got 40s-60s) it’s pretty good. I also just had my second prob and stat test Wednesday, and got it back today- got a 100% yay! I also did my presentation in A&PII, and while I wasn’t the best presenter or whatevs, I think we did okay. She said we did a good job when we were leaving, so I feel pretty good about it. And it’s over with, so YAY! lol.
Next week I’ve got my second Sociology exam on Tuesday, and my second A&PII exam on Wednesday. Which sucks, but whatevs. I didn’t really study too much for my Sociology exam because I had other things to worry about and I did pretty well, so I think I’ll be okay. Plus, I pay attention in his class- my professor is awesome. He’s like the ultimate hippie, and he just rocks. Very wisdom-y and such lol.
andddddd- on Sunday Cristina and I are going to the Baltimore Aquarium!! YAY!! lol I was there when I was like in 8th grade- so I’m excited to go again lol. I’ll take lots of pictures of fishies to put up here.
hmm.. what else? I feel like an idiot for not emailing my advisor earlier about scheduling- I sent her an email last night and I hope everything will be okay. It was just one of those things I new I had to do but lost track of time and it’s already time to pick classes on Monday. So, I hope it isn’t a big deal. We’ll see.
I’m also currently addicted to a Savage Garden song. We listened to songs in Gender Studies, like actually listening to the lyrics and what they were saying. My professor played this song (when I heard Savage Garden I thought of the song “I Knew I loved You” LOL- I love that cheezy song) and It was sooo good! So I bought it on iTunes. It’s called “Two Beds and a Coffee Machine”- Look it up, it’s amazing. I couldn’t find an official music video for it, but here is a shorter, live version of the song.
Well, since everyone else is posting pretty pictures on their blogs, I guess I’ll do it too. While I like all the neat pictures everyone else puts up, I feel like doing something different- I’m going to upload old vintage photographs. I absolutely love looking at old pictures, they make you feel normal. The people don’t look like plastic. No body’s airbrushed the shit out them. And I like that. It’s nice to see. I feel like photographs should capture reality in a moment, and I feel like airbrushing destroys that realness. (Now, some of the women are wearing corsets that are probably not very comfortable, so it’s not perfect)… So yeah.

Okay, that’s all for now… Hopefully I’ll get around to updating sometime this century lol.
